3) Advance Payment for Personalized Items (Important)
Because personalized/custom items are made specifically for you, we may request a small advance payment to confirm your order before we begin the customization/design process. This advance is adjusted in the total bill.

5) Review and Approve
After we finalize your customization details, we’ll share a digital proof/mockup for your approval. Once you confirm the design, we’ll begin production.
